Well, hello there! I’m E.D. Beale. There really isn’t a lot to say about me, really. I’m just your average woman, trying to live the dream. My particular dream is to become an erotic novelist. I’ve had a short story or two published (or going to be eventually), but I haven’t hit it where I want to. Not yet, anyway. But let me tell you, I’m determined. Someday, I want to walk into Barnes and Nobles and see my book sitting on the shelves, and then I’ll steal said book in a fit of kleptomania. I never said I was above that sort of thing.
Anyway, I’ve always been a fan of erotica. Ever since I stumbled upon the worldly ways between man and woman, woman and woman, and the dreaded man and goat, I took a deep interest in sex and all the things that go along with it. This is not to say that I’m a pervert, though! Just because I discovered porn at an early age of nine, doesn’t mean that I’m some sort of sexual psychopath. Most of my interest is purely scientifical. I promise.
So, now that I’m older and wiser, I’ve found that my interest leads towards writing erotic fiction–particularly of the fantasy/sci-fi variety. When I can manage a spare moment or two, I spend them writing a little something. Nothing too profound yet, but someday I hope to change that.
What do I want to accomplish with my blog? Well, this is a place for venting, conversating, and learning more about the world of erotica. Most importantly, I just want to have a good time with something I have a passion about.
Check back often!
Oh, I’m sure someone out there is wondering about the hat and my fashion sense. Admittedly, I usually wear what the hell is clean, but the hat was a work thing. Really, it was….don’t look at me like that….
Miscellaneous EDBeale Bits:
1) Born and raised in Baltimore City, Maryland.
2) Ridiculously huge Star Trek fan.
3) Married to a crazy man named Nathan
4) Has decided that life goal number 17 is to become a “sexologist.” Update: Nevermind. That would involve a lot of edukation I ain’t gots (nor ready to go back to school to gets). Instead, I think I’d rather be a Consultant…
